These reflective dog collars are hand woven with both red and blue commercial 550 paracord (Type III – Nylon). The paracord is manufactured with reflective tracers making this dog collar very visible to traffic. Street lights also bounce light off our reflective dog collar.
Glow In The Dark Dog Collar Detail
White, nylon, commercial glow in the dark paracord (550 -Type III) makes up the core of these glow in the dark dog collars. We also use size 1.75 mm diameter, 95 lb tensile strength paracord (Nylon) for the fine details.
Metal Dog Collar Buckle
All of our designer dog collars have high-quality, silver, metal side release buckles. Small size has a 5/8″ metal buckle. Medium & large sizes have a 3/4″ metal buckle.
Heavy-Duty Welded D-Rings
These American Flag dog collars have silver, heavy-duty, welded d-rings. Welded d-rings are more secure and are guaranteed not to open. Paracord is wrapped four times around both the buckle and d-ring (s) for extra strength and security.

Determining Dog Collar Size
To ensure your handmade collar to fits your dog, measure the neck with a cloth tape measure or string where the collar would normally sit. Make sure the tape/string is snug not tight. Once you have done this, adjust the measurement by slipping one finger under the tape/string for small dogs and two fingers for larger breeds. If you are measuring with a string, use a rigid ruler afterwards to get the final size. Please contact us if you need help deciding what size to buy.
